I'm on PC and saw a similar issue. The totem placement is not exactly the same as yours but it is also around the tractor and unreachable. I attached a screenshot. I actually noticed this even awhile back like maybe at least a month ago.

I'm late to the party, but Victor does not trigger Spine Chill. I tested this in a public match on the official build. Sometimes you will see Spine Chill light up but it's because Charlotte (in her dormant state) so happens to be close enough and looking your direction, but if it's only Victor it won't light up.

I encountered this today on the map "The Game" where there's a pallet that leads to a drop down a stairway (screenshot attached). I can't vault over the pallet - vault animation can be repeated infinitely but can't get over pallet. It's kind of amusing but should probably be fixed. Thanks everyone for this thread and…
