I saw the amount of time thrill took with resilience. It would be worse if the killer got the noise notification. I get hex perks are strong but 70% reduction at 5 stacks is a little much even with resilience that's 61% which still doesn't put a dent in it as it's still making a five stack cleanse just slight shorter.

Not bad one problem is you don't get a button to call your dog back you have to swing your weapon to do so which can be a little annoying if your in the middle of a chase and miss a dog attack.

That means getting rid of attempt to escape which also need to re-work Slippery meat and Deliverance. But there's always a work around.

I think the reason he feels slow is perspective maybe. He is rather small and since your in third person it might feel like you passing that one rock tiles feels slowly then when playing a killer who's in first person. So most likely it's just a perspective thing.
