pc player here, this has been happening to me too lately. very aggrivating. ill have people body block the hook, i hit them walk through and still cant hook. even after they leave.

updating because I got the error message again, this time before the game started, i managed to get a screen shot of it. I have since the previous error uninstalled and re-installed my game.
