Make spine chill only activate while the player is crouched, so it's a sort of "immersed dork vs. immersed dork" type of dynamic. After all, what better way to counter someone trying to be stealthy than just attempting to out-stealth them?

It used to be that Stake Out was a must have in my loadout as insurance against old Ruin, but since Ruin doesn't really do anything now, I definitely wouldn't mind seeing it buffed a little. An additional 2% increase does not seem unreasonable to me.

Oh here's a cool thing too. I just played a game with clown and the Redhead's Pinky Finger addon which is SUPPOSED to cause the exposed effect DOES NOT WORK. So the ONLY addon this idiot has that makes him usable is gutted from him. How can anybody possibly say this doesn't need a rework???

I honestly don't mind his addons very much, I find that the better ones can give enough of an upper hand to be worth taking. I just want to at least see clown's movement speed increased, or give him some sort of tracking ability, i don't know.
