Does technician help when installing BNP? I don't think that it does, but I think that would be a good buff if it allowed you the 30/40/50% chance to keep the BNP active after a missed skill check. For a lot of survivors, BNP are guaranteed installs, but I'm one of those who only gets it to completion about 40% of the time.

Unless I'm mistaken, Technician can't help with Brand New Part. I know that BNP is getting nerfed, but I would have liked Technician to help prevent blowouts and keep the BNP active.
