If you're using his power correctly you don't really need the larger radius as you can just drop the guard at their feet. And he's also not likely to get a hit against a good survivor, he's 4.1 m/s and if the survivor knows how to abuse his pathing he'll never get a hit. Power meter: I genuinely do not understand the purpose of this change. The counterplay to condemned is both easier and stronger than ever before, so why should Sadako's power be nerfed to accommodate for people who refuse to interact with that counterplay? It's not the worst change in the world but it feels bad to punished…

I don't like this change either but the idea behind it is pretty much the same idea as giving basekit anti-camp or anti-3-gen. Hiding can absolutly be the best idea for survivors but it's not fun or interactive for anyone and therefore it needs some sort of nerf to disincentivize it.

I have a question regarding the part of you comment about platforms. I can't say how many other games have it, but For Honor has its ptb equivalent as a separate gamemode within the main game. With DBD getting new gamemodes, would it be possible for the ptb to be made into a gamemode so that all platforms could be included?
