In global settings or just in Dead By Daylight settings ? Also, FULLSCREEN mode is kinda janky so for me Windowed Fullscreen seems more stable using G Sync. Im getting this too, usually on the initial load in cloak and not after that I dont think-Its all jittery. I literally freaked out and have been tweaking settings left and right thinking my G sync or something was messed up but I think this is a bug.

The resolution is downgrading for me at least after changing the windows/fullscreen options. It still says 100% but its downgraded, so the fix is to change from low to medium and then back to your prefered setting and then the resolution will say a downgraded number and you can move it back to 100 and its back to normal
