These perks are trash. Surveillance nerfed? It was a bug. Billy nerfed? They tried, but they read these forums and at the end it was a minimum change. And freddy is pay to win.

That's not true. If you say that survs have 16 perks and the killer 4, you should say too that a surv perk only applied to 1/4 of whole survs. Because PGTW or B&C applies to 4 survs, but DS only apply to the surv that use it.

Agree. And because DS needs a skill check, survs want a skill check in B&C and PGTW too.

NOED is A+ in the killer tier list. It kills more survs than a lot of killers.

Killers camp because is so easy to kill survs if you camp. It's not a strategy, you don't need one neuron to do it. It's a bad design of a videogame, that's all. And there's a big country full of camper killers

DS is extremely counterable - don't tunnel. BT is extremely counterable - don't camp. Unbreakable is extremely counterable too - don't slug. I find it hard to beleive someone with experience still hates on these perks

NOED is A+ in the killer's tier list. It kills more people that 8-10 killers together

And what about a killer that did nothing but facecamp a hook surv during the EGC? This is widely accepted in this forum.
