He has such a cool design, it's unfortunate that he's quite weak.

I like the ideas, but the 3rd perk looks OP. I think doing it 10 seconds at level 3 and maybe removing the "This perk can only be used 5 times" part would be ok.

What do you mean? I think it's actually a good idea, because you can see how strong those ultra rare addons are...one shot hatchets, insta heal, BNP etc. BNP is not the only problem if you think about it.

I think the nerf is fine, but the idea of 15kBP is not bad at all. I personally would never buy a 15k addon lol.

I personally think nerfing selfcare to a point where it's not advantageous enough, like 30% healing speed. That would give the killer a decent time to control the gen rush. I had never played this type of game before, then I saw some streamer playing it and thought it was a really cool looking game.

Unfortunately the game is not about stealth. You just need to look at the most used perks, they are not stealthy at all, and the killer perks counter stealth gameplay. Some maps are not even dark enough to hide properly. And of course you have a lot of other elements that lead to that "non stealth" gameplay.
