Why Piramid Head's power doesn't have charges or cooldown?

UI suggestion
It would be nice if the ui tells you the perks you already have on a character. I just spent 1 million bloodpoints on the pig to unlock a perk that apparently I bought on the shrine of secrets before.

Is it worth to prestige Claudette the third time?
Hello guys! I have Claudette prestige 2. Is it worth to prestige her a third time? she's black, so having dark blood on her face doesn't seem to make a big difference but i'm not the most experienced survivor haha. Thanks for your help!
