Are characters that are bought with Auric Cells not transferable for cross progression?
I bought Jill, Leon, and Nemesis with cells a while back on Xbox and when I synced my account for cross progression to Steam they were the only characters that I was missing. I can still see their prestige levels but the only way for me to access them was to spend the cells (again) or buy the DLC. I have been sending a…
