Shouldn't this affect the visual heartbeat when you're being affected by deafened?
This bug occurs on all platforms. Deafness mentioned below does not make survivors or killers deaf. Tested it twice and the result is the same. Hag's addon Disfigured Ear, Item: Firecrackers, Perks: Knock Out and Flashbang.
