Micro stutters with mouse movements - help!
I don't know where to ask more technical questions but i'll try here! Anyone know what issue it might be when I get micro stutter/freezes when im moving my mouse fast? I have tried all types of graphic changes, full screen, cap FPS both low and high, changing settings in the files to force lower graphics, v-sync off and on…
