I am at rank 3 and have been for about a week now. I keep getting so close to rank 2 and then depipping all the way just to get the pips back and start a never ending cycle. I can never find a good team and randoms let me die on first hook. What do I do man?

Im trying to learn how to play nurse on console at rank 8. . . last game I got two rank 1s and a rank 4, Seriously? Like why the hell am I getting red ranks at rank 8? I usually do okay during online trials but I only get around 15k-25k per match. This game is boring w/o friends.
I don't find this game as fun as it should be without friends, I personally dont have that very many friends and when I try to find people that are willing to play they are always high ranks that kick me out of their group when they see my rank. Is anybody willing to play? I play on xbox so that'd be the Ideal choice.
