This is for both perks and cosmetic loadouts. A grand total of 3 is kind of odd to still be at when there's so many perks and cosmetics. Becomes a pain to switch to some others if you already got all 3 loadouts filled in. Might be a tad overkill but it'd be nice to have it pushed up to 9 loadouts for each character.
