Bugged Hooks Unable to Hook
Platform:Xbox Issue: Sometimes when you definitely should get the hook it is bugged so that you cannot,I don't know if this is an exploit or simply bugged hooks but this has happened on Haddonfield and RPD, It has only started happening since the last update.
