Platform: XBOX SERIES X Issue: While having the Glyph Persuer challenge from LVL 4 of the rift, I noticed it was only Spawning 1 Glyph despite multiple generators being finished and multiple survivors getting hooked.
So I get saved off the hook first time, DS activates problem, but lately and every other game, my DS is not activating on Death Hook, so after being hooked twice, it doesn't activate.
