I've looked in the userconfig file and i want t know: does the HandSide=1 thing mean you could change killers to be left handed?

PC - Soldiers of Mayhem story audio not playing
As the title says. 1: Boot game. 2: go to the files (or whatever the screen is for memories) 3:Try to play any of legion's audio files. 4: it will say it's playing for a few seconds then stop trying.
