PC - Blast Mine not working when ability button is M5

This has been like this since the RE chapter released I think.
Step 1: Bring blast mine
Step 2: Proc blast mine
Step 3:Try to use blast mine, witness nothing happen upon pressing M5.
This has been happening since it came out. As soon as you change the ability button to something else it starts working with that button, but M5 never works. Flashbang and every other active works fine. It's only Blast Mine.
