PC - Perk "Flashbang" fails to reach third level in bloodweb
Playing Leon on PC for a while, levelling up my bloodweb and whatnot. Notice that the "flashbang" perk's third level hasn't appeared and I just assumed I was unlucky. Reach bloodweb level 35, and have the ability to unlock the teachable version of "flashbang" even though it's only level two. Have never been able to reach…
