Huntress hatchets no longer work at point-blank range after latest update.
When throwing a hatchet at a survivor whom is right next to the Huntress, the hatchet will not hit the survivor. A blood splat effect happens but there are no sound queues or visual indication of the survivor being hit. To replicate the bug, simply throw a hatchet at a survivor that is as close as the Huntress as possible.

[PC] Killer hitting survivor from far away after survivor is unhooked
The killer hit and downed a survivor that was nowhere near him. The killer seemed to have seen the survivor in the last position where he was hooked (and then unhooked), even though the survivor was in a completely different area. Killer: Leather face Map: Grave of Glenvale
