Red Stain being able to be seen through walls
It has been in the game since the beginning now and I think it is time for it to go. On low quality settings the red stain is clipping through walls and everything, so of course everyone who is mildly good at it runs low quality options to be able to see it. It isn't a pressing issue but an annoying one for sure.
