By meta perks i mean dead hard, Iron will, NOED etc....
Spine chill is a very powerfull perk against Ghost face or Michael Myers so .. I think this perk should be nerfed, drop your opinion here !
I know that a lot of people will say dead hard or Noed but I kinda want to see the opinion of everyone about that.
