PC - Hyperfocus not working as expected on healing actions
While playing as Rebecca, I was trying out the potential of Hyperfocus and ran into a lil' unpleasant surprise... Perks played: Hyperfocus, Stake out, Bite the bullet, Self-care Map: Sanctum of wrath. While healing yourself or others, the perk stacks up tokens but they have absolutely no effects.
