BACKWATER SWAMP: Some trees to close to each other

Basic attack perks just make some weaker killers even more difficult to play?
Since some stronger killers like Nurse, Spirit, Hag or Freddy always attacks with their M1 attacks, some weaker Killers like Piggy, Demogorgon or Legion just can't use them effectively. PC - Rancor doesn't work with "Nemesis"?

If u are blinking on top of the basement and the basement is in the chapel, than u will blink always down to the basement. I tried it mutlible times and was looking to the upper floor but I get always down.
