Whenever you use for the people, it doesnt count towards Second Wind's one healing state

-PC The achievement Healthy Obsession (heal the obsession 10 health states in public matches) doesn't work, no matter how many other people i heal, i dont get the achievement, I've been using blood pact for good measure to track and heal the obsession before they get any heal progress, but no dice.
I just want to know if the limited items assosiated with these events will be returning along with the events
Whenever you heal a fellow Survivor, you cannot have three Survivors healing one survivor at the Same time. Any Ideas why?
