I know it gives time for the player to see him but why does he get sped up after he uncloaks the uncloaking is to allow a survivor to get distance but when he's speed up can't get much at all i just want to know

In the new all kill update it was endgame i went to go unhook and couldn't unhook and couldn't move either so ended it with me dying because knives were thrown at me and i got hooked
