This "feature" is just terrible design and it should be removed along with luck being reworked.
If Chucky is stunned while vaulting, like by the event chests, his camera will be locked inside his head. The camera returns to normal after picking up a survivor.

Bite the Bullet no longer silences the healing action noise. The person being healed is silent but not the person with the perk. When self-healing, bite the bullet has no effect. Steps to reproduce: Select Bite the Bullet Self heal or heal another survivor. Notice that you are making noise. Clip:
