Dark Arrogance Change

Dark Arrogance is going to be just another vault speed perk on release. Why?? We don't need more perks that do the same thing as others. I propose that Dark Arrogance should increase the speed that you pick up survivors as well as the vault speed bonus that it already does. Right now we have 4 perks that increase vault speed, but only one that increases pickup speed.

In order to give Dark Arrogance a more individual identity, it should be changed to be a perk to help against flashlight, flashbang, and pallet saves. I think this fits pretty well with the negative effect of increased stun time too.

    If they wanted it to have a negative effect it needed to be like 30% or be action speed at bare minimum
