How does Deliverance work with Devour Hope, if a survivor unhooks themselves, when you're far enough away, do you still get a stack?
So, Legion isn't too bad, in fact is pretty good if you run Frank's Mix Tape + Stab Wounds Study, making it way way easier to down survivors, but keeping good chain potential when available.
