Maps will sometimes incorrectly generate with holes
Certain maps sometimes suffer from generation issues causing missing or misplaced collision or gaps in the outer walls.

Generators fail to be completed if the maximum charges are reduced past their current progress
In some cases when a Generator's maximum charges are reduced through perks or items beyond the generator's current repair progress, the Generator fails to be completed.

Flashlights sometimes aim at the ground when used
Under certain circumstances, using a Flashlight will incorrectly cause it to aim at the ground when used.

The Backwater Swamp has an area where Survivors can become unreachable
A tile in the Backwater Swamp maps has incorrect collision, allowing Survivors to reach an area that the Killer cannot access. This caused the maps to be kill switched for the time being.

Yui Kimura's Padfooted Boots cosmetic obstructs the Killer's view when carried
When the Killer carries Yui Kimura with this cosmetic equipped, the tail VFX obscures a large part of the Killer's vision.

Sable Ward's Deep Rift cosmetic appears very similar to the regular version
The Deep Rift outfit for Sable Ward currently looks very similar to the regular version of the outfit found earlier in the Rift.

When playing against The Mastermind, Survivor animations may break
After a Survivor is grabbed by The Mastermind's Virulent Bound, they may get stuck in an incorrect animation.

Endurance does not activate consistently
When certain Perks are used, the Endurance status effect does not activate correctly. This can affect Endurance granted after a Survivor is unhooked.

Exit Gates are powered prematurely
Under certain circumstances, repairing a generator may cause the exit gates to be powered prematurely when there should be one or more generators remaining.
