Will we ever see the survivors quoted on the non teachable perks?

Killer ability idea for pinhead
Okay so my thought is pinhead is a evil being who enjoys tour tire and chains. He would have a passive ability that’s terror radius based called torturous presence which is the fear he inflicts in those around him causes clouded judgment and shaky arms and legs.
