I was playing normally in the game with survivors after 5 minutes later my screen stuck and something appear dedicated server is not responding and we all got disconnected from lobby after that I received cooldown for 6 hours really? it's my fault if your dead by daylight servers are bad.

recently I was playing as killer when the loading screen came something appear on my screen and it crashed my game instantly I verify my game files also my drivers are up to date after I run the game again It's showing dedicated servers are not responding... my internet connection is working fine.
