So the perk Dramaturgy can still be used if it was left on a character before the kill switch. It seems only tiers 2 and 3 are kill switched, but players with it are still able to use tier one, and it DOES NOT show on the perks in the end game screen.
For the past week now, I've been noticing an issue with the perk Dead Hard. I'll be injured, and while running, the indicator just will not pop up, preventing me from actually using my perk in a chase.
