Dracula should be able to use snowskulls and other event items while transformed
Wolf and bat form are unable to throw snowballs. Pretty sure the same applied to blight serum. Wolf form is a killer too, they should have the right to participate in snowball fights

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Dracula only able to use snowskulls in Vampire form. Whether this is by design or not, it should be fixed. Let the dog play in the snow!
