I'm sorry, I don't know how many stacks it was at when it was cleansed, but I think that someone cleansed it before the killer had max stacks on it. A survivor (Vittori) cleansed the hex totem, making the hex emblem disappear, but then we still didn't get sound affects for our skill checks. I'm not sure if it was at 4/5…
