Why are we nerfing Deadlock?
Deadlock in it's current state it requires you to be losing the game and only gets a maximum of 4 uses, if you're losing badly. Not only that, it only blocks 1 Gen per use. If anything, you're punishing players that don't stack PainRes+Pop. It's probably one of the healthiest slowdowns in the game.
Plague's Corrupt Purge being ended by perks
There has been no mention of this in patch notes, PTB's or Developer Updates. When All Things Wicked was launched, Plague started losing Corrupt Purge from any stun perks, such as Decisive Strike, Blast Mine and Head On, as well as Pallet Stuns.
