For at least six games I have had killers come up with no heartbeat or red stain and no perks to have anything get rid of it. I noticed they are running Surge. This happens on PC, XBox and switch. Visual heartbeat and sound. I mean it is possible they are hackers with the 5th perk hack.

Played on new board XBOX console. No perks are working and you move armt exhausted state even when fully healed. Distortion does not work, healing is as slow as sloppy butcher even when they don't equip it, and you sprint burst doesn't work.
COH is a useful perk in soloq but I understand the abuse it could have been under in swf. However it was originally a paid for perk and people paid for characters for that perk.
