The Ash Williams prestige torso "Hand Wash Only" has it's alpha mask for the hair incorrectly applied, leading to black squares around his hair. The pictures attached show the comparison between his prestige outfit and his default outfit.
The 6.1.0 patch made some interesting changes to Survivor Perks, especially for perks such as Off the Record and Lightweight, which before then were not used by the majority of the player base.
