Thanks for downgrading half of my perks...
Until now I have left the characters who I don't play (but want their perks) on level 40. I recently saw this update and a post saying to prestige that character to get to prestige 3 for the update to keep tier 3 perks. I did this with as many characters as I could in the 2 days I had. But now I am left with 7 survivors…

PC - Perks downgraded by latest update
There are at least 2 survivors that I had unlocked every perk to tier 3. There could be more but the one I know 100% was David. He's my main survivor so I know his bloodweb was always perk free. Is it just me or is it harder to rank up recently?
Before we start i get that bloodpoints and emblems are not exactly the same but there is usually some correlation. For example, if you get 4000 bloodpoints, youre almost certainly going to derank, if you get 32000 you should double pip. But since today, for me at least, this isnt the case.
