We have temporarily disabled Firecrackers and the Flashbang Perk due to a bug which could cause the Killer's game to crash. These will be re-enabled in an upcoming patch when the issue is resolved.

There are at least 2 survivors that I had unlocked every perk to tier 3. There could be more but the one I know 100% was David. He's my main survivor so I know his bloodweb was always perk free.
He was prestige 2 before the update. He's now prestige 7. There are 7 survivors I hadn't prestiged before the update. Jane, Yoichi, Quentin, Ash, Haddie, Jill, Leon. The 21 perks from those 7 survivors are now tier 1 on David.
I'm fairly sure this is the same for Yui and Dwight but I can't be 100% sure.
