Why do they INSIST on changing the UI every update?

Add rewards system for ranking up
I rank up every day and it just gets bland, I go down a rank have nothing I go up a rank and have nothing. There's like nothing to get when you have rank 1. It's just constant killers/survivors with no actual reward for what you're doing.

survivor challenge 5 is hard, you have to use dark sense in a single match and repair 4 generators. It's impossible I have tried deranking and everything even rank 20s genrush the ######### out of the killer. At least make it 2-3 so we can have an actual chance instead of having to play killer the whole time.
