Is it possible for another player to cause me to disconnect?

Chain Hunt does not end
SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: while playing the cenobite, once a chain hunt is started it does not end for the entire match. PLATFORM: PS5 STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: I found configuration at the beginning of the match and started a chain. The chain did not end for the duration of the match.

Who thought it was a good idea to create a map that is essentially a difficult-to-navigate, multi-level maze?
