Lucky Break not regenerating when healing somebody else while injured.
This i'm pretty sure is a bug and not the way the perk was meant to be. Also when you are getting healed this perk should also be deactivated.
the perk "breakdown" doesn't give you SABOTAGE points, when it obviously should.
please fix
