Undergound complex - bug - can't move.
Windows PC (Steam) on the underground complex there's a corner by the exit gate where a totem spawns. if u crouch in the corner you can't get out and get stuck, even getting hit by killer meant hillbilly couldnt pick teammate up. unsure how often this occurs dependant on totem spawn and map setup i guess.
