Where are the past holiday cosmetics for summer, lunar, etc.? I thought they were going to be released along with them. Was this not so?

Unlocking Lore
Is there a reason why the lore must be unlocked via the master challenges in the Tomes? I don't like having to play both roles to do so. I'd like it better if the pages could be unlocked by reaching the end of the Tome taking the path I choose.

It's well felt by now that new MM system as well as the emblem changes for the ranking system aren't good for most. Been playing this game since its 1 year anniversary about equally on both killer and survivor side. This game for me has done nothing but go down hill since then. In the beginning, it was fun.
