Nurse blink on Azarovs
There is a bug that I've only just found where you can't blink into the main building of Azarov's Resting Place as "The Nurse." I was playing on pc. The funny thing is that you can blink outside the building but you can't blink inside the building. You can blink through the open doorway but you can't blink through any wall.

Stuck inside of the hook and I couldn't get out on Family Residence
Got stuck inside of the hook as soon as the killer hooked me on a certain hook. After I was unhooked I couldn't get out from inside the hook.
