Can’t play with friends and can’t turn off cross play

Cannot connect to friends party or accept friend party invite
Cannot accept or send game invites. It will say I joined and instantly say I left it’s been going on for two months. I play on PS4 and have no problem running a trial by myself. It’s only when I try to play with my friends I run into the issue
