Xbox - Incorrect perk shown on results screen
Played Survivor (Claudette) on Rancid Abattoir against a Hag. Got hit by the Hag and it showed she was running Hex: The Third Seal, but once the match was over the results screen showed the perk being used was not Hex: The Third Seal but Hex: Devour Hope.
