Why not make dying light base kit but in reverse where there's a ton of slowdown in the beginning but the more hooks a killer gets the faster the gens go and even boosts gen speed the closer the game gets to the end?

Can hex perks have no downsides now?
With jill's new perk that lets you delete all totems not to mention some totem spawns being bad and letting survivors cleanse them immediately. Can we make hex's stronger and also take off cooldowns to hex's which shouldn't have any tbh
